Price per group, not per person
Pay securely online when you book (card). Meals, transport and entrance fees (for you and your guide) are paid separately; about ¥10,000 cash per person is usually enough.

Yes. Places that need a reservation may be hard to change, and any cancellation fees they charge are paid by you.
